Emotions
Michael Phelps, 21 years old, took today his 6 gold medal at the World Champs in Melbourne.
And "probably" he' ll win 2 golds more..
Ok, he' s a hero. We knew before..
But I cannot understand why he seems not happy, no emotions in his face when he' s on the top of the podium..
At least, if we can compare him to Simone Luder, she' s always smile and joyfull!

Tiomila training camp
Last w-e we were in Eskilstuna for a traning camp on a Tiomila's relevant terrains. More than 40 Lidingös boys and girls were there!
We lived in a comfortable cottages (our one was called "Freak-house") with our own kitchen. We had 2 night sessions (friday and saturday) and a middle distance test on saturday morning.
Even if I don' t like so much running night-O I could enjoy those training. Terrain on friday was particularly tough. I ran nearly all the training with clubmates and they helped me in the last 3 controls when my lamp left me..
Saturday was time to push hard on the middle distance. Course setter did a good job with a "funny" trick in the final: an unexpected up and down from the second last control to the finish that killed our legs.Tack Mini!
I didn' t make big mistakes and I was little bit sad because of no fuel in my legs..
I took easy the night training on saturday and I decided to stop at 2/3. Afterwards I did lot of stretching to recover as much as I could my body.
On sunday we moved close to Nyköping taking part at Måsenstafetten, a 5 men relay in a really really nice terrain. Oh my god!
In this soft and marshy terrain you need a power-legs and you have to stay as much as you can on the top of the hills.
I ran the last leg on the 2nd Lidingös team: I' m quite satisfied of my ran even if my time is far away from the best ones..We finished in the 13th place. First team had some problems and they gave up in the last leg. Women gave us a great satisfaction because they came 2nd, 3rd and 9th. Well done! That was their first step to win the Kavlemiddag 2007!
Analyzing my running/orienteering shape, I can be happy because in the forest (soft ground) my knee doesn' t hurt me. Obviously now I can look better in the future..Köra hårt!

En svensk klassiker
Gösta Berling, an unsuccessful priest who was drunk in the church and thus lost his work, encounter a series of adventures and loves in his tumultuous journey to redemption. Along the way, he meets the beautiful Elisabeth..
This is the beginning of "Gösta Berling saga", a svensk klassiker I read for my swedish course.
Sometimes, I found difficulty when I encountered some old swedish but I could enjoy it anyway!
Soon, we' ll go to Dramaten (Royal Dramatic Theatre) watching a piece called "Dödsdansen".
Hej då!
Royal Palace Sprint X-Country
Tonight I was in Gamla Stan (centre of Stockholm) looking at the Sprint Final Ski X-Country. Lot of snow was carried there because actually there is no more snow in all the city..
Really spectacular competition all around the Royal Palace with 2 "steep" uphills.
Was a pity when, in one of the quarterfinals, 2 italians (Pasini and Frasnelli) had a collision together and they fell down..
Season fruits?
With 2 fruits we can describe our week-end!
Let' s Art and S. Patricks day..

Back in the forest!
Tjena!
Last w-e we had +8/+10 °C and snow was disappearing in the forest. It seems spring is coming..but anyway, I will not say it again because a friend told me in April can fall down again 30cm of fresh snow!
During last week I had 2 strength training with Oskar: I thought the muscles around the knee were fit enough to try again running in the forest with map and checking if I' m still able to do Orienteering!
So, on saturday we had a klubb training and on sunday I took part at VinterSerien with Sèero and Andrew.
I ran both with a slow pace (I cannot do more right now!) and tried to be focused on map-reading. Actually I' m quite satisfied first of all for my knee reaction on rough terrain and also for my navigation.
In 2 weeks we' ll have a Tiomila training camp around Eskilstuna.
Now I' ll take it easy and I wont push hard immediately..

Environmentally friend
From this morning punktSE (gratis newspaper):
"Darling, tonight we' ll do it environmentally friend "
Thought
Meanwhile Antonio is on the top of Tour Eiffel, i' m thinking about the development of the web.
If in the 90s internet broke into our houses, how long we have to wait for human teleportation?
And how it will transform orienteering then?
