Tonight I went at my first lesson of Dance course with my clubmates. Teachers are Emil Lauri and his girlfriend Sofia. More than 20 pairs were there learning the first step of boogie woogie. I never did it before but , like the teachers said, I' m not so bad.

Now I know what it means running in a marsh.
Last w-e Smålandskavlen was held in Älmhult (the IKEA' s town): 2 legs on saturday night and 3 legs on sunday morning. When we arrived at competition center on saturday was raining and someone told me that it was all the week the same! We quickly checked last control and changing-area and we said  "licka till" to our night runners..
We slept in a huge IKEA' s guesthouse: I think they forgot the heating open and I couldn' t sleep very well. Luckly we slept 1 hour more because of standard time!
Next morning, already in the warm-up, I understood my legs (and first of all, my knee) weren' t ready for the coming 14km (last leg).
Seèro sent me out and I started with a medium pace and I manage to run without big mistakes (nothing to compare with Stockholm' s maps) until I reach again the finish area to begin the last loop (2.8km): there, I had no more power and I was passive everywhere!

My o-season ended yesterday: I have lot to sign up for the next one!

In the way back we found snow on the motorway and when I checked the thermometer here, at home, it was -4 °C!
